The rates include breakfast, government and local taxes, service charge and are non-refundable already discounted (Advance purchase rates with 15% and Stay More Pay Less with 23%).
The hotel reserves the right to change this offer with respect to occupancy and room availability.
Rates are per night for accommodation of 2 persons in Superior, Garden villa and Junior suite and 4 persons in Family suite and Family bungalow.
Bed & breakfast is eligible if you stay a minimum of 3 nights with Flexible and Advance Purchase methods. For Stay More Pay Less 4 nights in the minimum in order to claim Bed & Breakfast.
Reservations with Flexible rate can be cancelled or modified up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival and free of charge.
If cancelled or modified late or in case of a no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Reservations with Advance Purchase can be cancelled or modified up to 21 days prior to the date of arrival and free of charge.
Reservations with Stay More Pay Less rate are non-refundable and non-amendable.
Credit card used for the payment must be presented at check-in.
Original rates are applicable for 2 people in Superior, Junior Suite and Garden villa and 4 people in Family bungalow and suite.
In case of single occupancy in Superior, Junior Suite and Garden villa the rate will be reduced by 11USD.
Extras
Half board adult 25 USD and child 15 USD
Full board adult 45 USD and child 30 USD
Christmas dinner / New Years Eve gala dinner 70 USD adult and 35 USD child
An adult is classified as 12 years old and older
A child is classified from the ages 4 to 12 years old
An infant and baby is classified as under 4 years old
Note: The age of person is decisive reached in the time of stay in the hotel not in the time of making the reservation.
Babies stay free of charge if they’re sharing a room with parents and using existing bed. Baby cot is free of charge and upon request.
Adult extra bed is charged 50 USD per night*
One child is charged 11 USD per night if sharing room with parents and using existing beds*
Child extra bed is charged 25 USD if sharing room with parents*
Maximum 1 extra bed in Superior, Junior Suite, Family Suite and Family Bungalow
Maximum 2 extra beds in Garden villa
*Breakfast included
Transfers:
One way airport transfer 170 USD (mini van) and 210 USD (large van).
Transfers from and to the Colombo airport are Cars/Vans with A/C with maximum occupancy up to 5 people (mini van) and/or up to 8 people (large van).
Gala dinner supplement:
Christmas dinner on the 24th of December and New Years Eve gala dinner on 31st December are obligatory. The price of 70USD per adult and 35USD per child, this will be added to hotel guest´s bill.
If the guest has chosen extra Half Board or Full Board supplement, the difference is between the supplement and the gala dinner supplement will be added to the final bill.
Minimum length of stay 3 nights within days 7.4.2025 – 27.4.2025.
Minimum length of stay 5 nights within days 23.12.2024 – 4.1.2025.
Minimum length of stay 2 nights for days 21.12.2024 – 22.12.2024.
Minimum length of stay 2 nights for weekend 4.4.2025 – 6.4.2025.
Cancellation policy
CANCELLATION POLICY for refundable rates*
If canceled or modified up to 2/7/14 days prior date of arrival (depending on season), no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified later on or in case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
*except Christmas and New Year period stated below
CANCELLATION POLICY for non-refundable rates
Advance purchase rate must be fully prepaid at time of booking.
No changes, cancellations or refunds are accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR 23.12.2024 – 4.1.2025
If cancelled or modified up to 28 days prior date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If Cancelled or modified up to 21 days prior date of arrival 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later on or in case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Pre-authorization and deposit payment for Christmas and New Year period
The hotel reserves the right to charge and/or temporarily hold 50% of full stay amount as a deposit to guarantee the reservation as well as a verification of the validity of a credit card anytime after the booking is made. If the hotel charges the deposit, it’s always refundable within a period for free cancellation and with respect to Terms and Conditions.
The balance of 50% of full stay amount might be charged anytime after end of period for free cancellation and prior arrival as during this period the reservation is already non-refundable and/or might be charged in the hotel.
The hotel reserves a right to cancel the reservation in case that the c/card provided by guest will be not possible to charge with respect to Terms & Conditions.
The credit card used to guarantee the reservation must be presented upon check-in.
Minimum length of stay in days 23.12.2024 – 4.1.2025 are 5 nights
